Associate Director - Product - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Expectations:

- Own and drive end-to-end complex product requirements across multiple product lines.

- Own and execute the roadmap for growth, operational efficiency, and cost of all the product lines.

- Mentor and Lead a team of product managers and analysts.

- Create long and short-term roadmaps, align stakeholders, and ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Build the tech infrastructure for customers and freelancers for growth, repayments, and collections.

- Lead the Launch of new partnerships with NBFCs and Banking partners.

Requirements:

- At least 11 years overall work experience with at least 5 years in product management.

- Strong interpersonal, communication (spoken and written), and influencing skills.

- Strong teamwork and leadership skills to be able to lead a team of PMs to excellence.

- Ability to build customer-facing digital infrastructure with a deep understanding of UX psychology.

- Ability to navigate a complex and unstructured cross-functional environment.

- Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment.

- Prior experience in fintech is good to have.

- MBA from a top tier college is preferred.
