Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Client Engagement

- Lead pre-sales efforts proposals, client presentations, and solution demos

- Identify growth opportunities and expand our Fusion HCM footprint

- Build and nurture strong C-level relationships

Project Delivery & Leadership

- Oversee end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations

- Manage diverse cross-functional and offshore teams

- Ensure governance, risk mitigation, and seamless communication

Solution Expertise

- Provide deep knowledge of Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Compensation, and Analytics Guide clients on best practices and digital strategies

- Guide clients on best practices and digital strategies

- Ensure compliance with industry standards

Team & Practice Development

- Mentor junior consultants and promote a learning culture

- Contribute to asset development, methodologies, and thought leadership

- Collaborate with global teams to enhance service delivery

What Were Looking For

- 10-15 years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role

- Strong experience in pre-sales, business development, and client management

- Proven track record in end-to-end HCM implementations and upgrades

- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global consulting environment
