- We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior HR professional with strong recruitment expertise to join our growing HR team as Associate Director (AD) - HR.

- In this role, you will lead the talent acquisition practice across the organization, working closely with office and field teams nationwide.

- You will leverage creative recruitment and hiring tactics to prospect and engage top talent, positioning the organization as an Employer of Choice.

- The role requires filling both niche and routine vacancies while elevating the talent acquisition function to the next level.

Key Responsibilities.

Strategic:.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.

- Design and execute targeted hiring initiatives aligned with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals.

- Establish competency-driven and value-based talent selection practices.

Operational:.

- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and timely hiring.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure the right talent is recruited and retained.

- Implement recruitment SOPs and SLAs to enhance effectiveness.

- Manage senior-level hiring, including assessments and executive search strategies.

- Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team.

- Establish a robust campus outreach program for grassroots hiring across India.

- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

- Oversee seamless onboarding for new hires across offices and field locations.

- Facilitate internal talent mobility and redeployment.

- Developmental:. Build strong external partnerships with vendors, agencies, and organizations to attract top talent.

- Strengthen hiring accountability across leadership teams for timely decision-making.

- Maintain a talent pipeline through proactive market research and relationship-building.

- Drive employer branding initiatives, including social media outreach, career events, and networking opportunities.

- Implement and optimize an applicant tracking system (ATS).

- Maintain recruitment data and analytics to track performance metrics.

- Stay updated with emerging hiring trends, tools, and best practices to strengthen recruitment operations.

Who We Are Looking For:.

- 12+ years of HR experience, with at least 8 years in talent acquisition and 8 years of managerial experience in a medium to large organization.

- Expertise in headhunting and using LinkedIn for strategic hiring.

- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
