Job Description:
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR practice. i.e Talent Management, L&D, Comp & Benefit & Employee Development Plan (EDP).
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and data analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities.
