What You Will Do:
- Lead and manage a team of partnership managers, ensuring they achieve their targets and deliver high-impact results
- Build, foster, and scale partnerships with some of the largest brands globally and in India
- Develop and implement a systematic, process-driven approach to identify, source, and secure new partnership opportunities
- Structure, negotiate, and execute partnership deals with brands and organizations across various categories
- Own and drive monthly/quarterly supply and monetization goals with strategic partners
- Shape products and business strategies by building powerful and lasting partnerships that offer brands/merchants innovative ways to grow
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Operations to drive win-win engagements for Cashfree, consumers, and partner brands
- Ensure a seamless partner experience and continuously work to enhance partner satisfaction (partner NPS) - Provide mentorship and training to the team, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and excellence
What You Will Need:
- 8-11 years of experience in Enterprise Partnerships (hunting), with at least 3+ years of experience managing a team
- Proven ability to build, nurture, and manage relationships with large enterprise brands and C-Level executives
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to close high-value partnerships - Experience in the fintech industry, preferably with knowledge of payment aggregators and merchant acquiring business
- Deep understanding of the digital payments landscape in India
- Ability to analyze data and research insights to map the potential of brands, categories, and industries
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving team performance and achieving business goals
- Goal-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity - Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders
