We are looking for a strategic leader to drive high-volume blue-collar hiring and build a scalable sourcing engine. If you have a proven track record in workforce acquisition, employer branding, and strategic partnerships, this is the opportunity for you!

Role Overview:

As an AD/D - Sourcing, you will play a critical role in ensuring a steady pipeline of skilled workforce by implementing scalable and data-driven hiring strategies. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, develop innovative sourcing techniques, and leverage technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute high-volume blue-collar hiring strategies across multiple locations.

- Build and manage a sourcing engine that ensures a continuous and cost-effective talent pipeline.

- Develop and maintain partnerships with recruitment agencies, vocational training centers, and local communities to drive workforce acquisition.

- Implement tech-enabled recruitment solutions, leveraging automation and AI for candidate sourcing and assessment.

- Optimize sourcing channels, including referrals, digital job boards, and grassroots hiring campaigns.

- Strengthen employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred employer in the industry.

- Drive data-backed decision-making, tracking sourcing effectiveness through analytics and dashboards.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry best practices in hiring and workforce management.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 8-12 years in high-scale sourcing, workforce acquisition, or recruitment in blue/grey-collar hiring.

- Expertise: Large-scale on-ground hiring leadership, strategic workforce planning, and recruitment operations.

- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), AI-driven hiring tools, and recruitment analytics.

- Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and manage hiring partnerships with training institutes, government agencies, and other sourcing networks.

- Data-Driven Approach: Ability to analyze hiring trends, optimize recruitment funnels, and improve cost-effectiveness.
