Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Director / Director - Sales to drive business growth, lead high-performing teams, and manage key client relationships in the Training & Consulting space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, P&L management, and strategic business development in Training, Consulting, or HR Advisory domains.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

- Drive new business development and expand relationships with enterprise and corporate clients.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to define growth plans, pricing strategies, and market expansion initiatives.

- Build and manage strong CXO-level relationships with clients to understand their learning & development needs.

- Work closely with internal Project Management team to ensure seamless delivery of the training programs.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 3-5 sales professionals, driving performance and capability-building.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

- Take ownership of the P&L for the assigned business unit, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

- Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecast accuracy to drive decision-making.

- Identify and implement efficiencies to improve sales operations and ROI.

Key Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in sales leadership roles within Training, Consulting, or HR Advisory businesses.

- Proven track record of managing P&L, business expansion, and revenue growth.

- Experience in leading high-performance sales teams and working in a leadership capacity.

- Strong network and experience in B2B enterprise sales, corporate learning, and consulting solutions.

- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends and develop winning go-to-market strategies.
