A leading digital and e-commerce organization (confidential search) is seeking an experienced Associate Director/Director (Revenue Optimization & Pricing).
This is a strategic leadership role where you will drive pricing innovation, revenue optimization, and commercial growth, while leading a multicultural team across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing Strategy & Leadership: Partner with senior business leaders across BD, Ops, Product, and Marketing to design and execute dynamic pricing strategies that fuel growth.
- Revenue Optimization Frameworks: Build and manage advanced pricing models including:.
- Competitor benchmarking and market intelligence.
- Yield and margin optimization across multiple sales channels.
- Customer cohort analysis and price elasticity studies.
- Data & Technology Integration: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop scalable -pricing tools, analytics dashboards, and automation systems that enhance decision making.
Requirements:.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach to pricing and revenue management.
- Proficiency in SQL, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across commercial and product functions.
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Category Management, or Product Management.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, digital platforms, or online marketplaces is highly preferred.
