Location: Mumbai

Experience Required: 6+ years in Control Tower, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Service Fulfillment Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Control Tower Operations:

- Ensure seamless end-to-end service fulfillment, monitoring real-time operations.

- Manage escalations and resolve service delivery challenges efficiently.

- Maintain high service quality and minimize operational disruptions.

Optimize Logistics & Performance Metrics:

- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance efficiency.

- Identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven strategies for process optimization.

- Work closely with regional teams to improve service fulfillment rates.

Manage Exceptions & Service Delays:

- Proactively monitor and address delays, breakdowns, and fulfillment issues.

- Implement robust preventive measures to minimize disruptions.

- Enhance response mechanisms for real-time problem resolution.

Collaboration Across Teams:

- Work closely with Tech, Growth, Operations, and Customer Service teams.

- Align control tower strategies with overall business goals.

- Drive continuous improvements through cross-functional coordination.
