Associate Director - Consumer Tech - B2C & Digital First Business

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive the growth, monetisation, and customer lifecycle strategy for a rapidly scaling digital product B2C vertical. The role combines P&L ownership, team leadership, and customer-centric innovation to unlock sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take end-to-end P&L ownership for the business line, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.

- Build and execute monetisation, CRM, retention, and engagement strategies to maximise customer lifetime value.

- Identify new opportunities to enhance ARPU and revenue streams.

- Lead and mentor a growing team, ensuring clarity, accountability, and performance delivery.

- Partner with product, marketing, and analytics teams to create scalable customer-first initiatives.

- Drive market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to inform strategy.

- Establish metrics, dashboards, and processes for tracking growth, retention, and monetisation KPIs.

- Build long-term strategies to improve customer engagement, churn reduction, and repeat usage.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 7-10 years of experience in B2C businesses (consumer internet, e-commerce, digital first business)

- Proven track record in CRM, customer retention, monetisation, and lifecycle management.

- Experience in B2C growth environments with strong exposure to strategy, business operations, and revenue optimisation.

- Strong data-driven mindset, with ability to translate insights into actionable growth levers.

- Excellent people management skills and the ability to build high-performing teams.

- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership experience.
