Associate Director - Business Finance - Fresh Commerce

Job Summary:

This role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex business scenarios, apply data- driven insights, and be a key part of a dynamic Business finance team to support our mission and to ensure optimal financial planning, budget management, including P&L reporting, Pricing, revenue forecasts, cost analysis, and profitability and performance analysis across our supply chain network.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy & Planning

- Involving in financial strategies aligned with our vision and mission.

- To Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure resources are optimally allocated for maximum impact.

- Analyze market trends and business performance, providing actionable insights to senior leadership for growth and expansion.

2. Operational Finance Management

- Oversee financial operations across our technology-enabled supply chain, ensuring seamless financial control and reporting.

- Executing KPIs for financial performance, operational efficiency, and cost management in alignment with company objectives.

- Collaborate with operations teams to support cost-effective procurement, inventory management, and logistics strategies.

3. Risk Management & Compliance

- Identify financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

- Establish robust internal controls, audit practices, and governance frameworks to maintain financial integrity.

4. MIS Reporting: Prepare and present Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to senior leadership, highlighting critical financial insights and Solving/Enabling to solve for process issues resulting in Value leakages.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; CFA or CPA preferred.

- Min 6+ years of experience in finance roles with a focus on supply chain, FMCG, logistics, or E-commerce sectors.

- Proven track record of driving financial strategy and managing P&L responsibilities in a high-growth environment.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
