Role : Assocaite Director - Business Development ( B2B Sales / Corporate Sales) - NBFC / Fintechs
Location : Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities :
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated professional to join our Business Development Team. This is a high-impact role that involves leading corporate/B2B sales initiatives, forging strategic partnerships, and collaborating across functions to drive business growth.
- CXO Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders with Large & Medium Size Corporates.
- Business Development: Drive end-to-end sales of the company's offerings to commercial fleets and other target segments - from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and establish partnerships with OEMs, NBFCs, and other ecosystem players. Ensure sustained business from existing partners through relationship management.
- Structuring & Negotiation: Lead commercial negotiations involving structured debt, term sheets, contracts, and legal documentation.
- Credit Support: Work with internal teams to support credit risk assessments, credit monitoring, and risk mitigation strategies for new and existing partners.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, credit, legal, and operations teams to build SOPs, drive automation, and support product innovation.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in sales processes and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Educational Qualification & Work Experience :
- PG / MBA / CA with 6 to 10 years of experience in client-facing business development or relationship management roles within NBFCs, Fintech's , Leasing, Banking , Venture Debt, Financial Services. Experience in B2B / Corporate Sales.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced environments with agility and ownership.
- Strong understanding of credit risk, financial analysis, and due diligence.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
- Experience in scaling processes, building business strategies, and structuring innovative financial solutions.
