Looking for end to end recruitment exp These include Enterprise Solutions teams (Market Risk, Finance, Legal, Compliance & Tax, Operations, Corporate Services etc), Risk/Quants team and Credit teams.

Job Description:

- Liaise with hiring managers/ stakeholders to understand the company's hiring needs and understand each position's expectations.

- Managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for all open roles from creation of job descriptions to opening requisition on the ATS to Sourcing to Interview / Candidate management to Offer to Post Offer till Onboarding.

- Conceptualize, Plan and execute Hiring initiatives across the organization

- Continuously associating with other team members to come up with new innovative recruiting strategies
