Job Overview :

The role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Agrochemicals business, spearheading P&L management, strategic growth initiatives, and market expansion efforts. This role requires a visionary leader who can navigate complex market dynamics, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and achieve financial and strategic objectives.

Requirements :

- Prior experience of working in the B2B commerce industry or scaled B2B startups.

- Proven track record of managing P&L and achieving business targets.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable business strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- P&L Management: Oversee the financial performance of the business, ensuring revenue and profit targets are met or exceeded.

- Strategy Development: Formulate and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability in the domestic agrochemicals market.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.

- Product Development: Collaborate with R&D to align product offerings with market needs and regulatory requirements.

- Stakeholder Management: Onboard & align internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals and drive things
