Associate - Corporate Finance Team

Responsibilities:

- Conduct market / industry / company research as required

- Develop client pitch books

- Construct and maintain financial models

- Conduct valuation analysis: Trading & transaction comparables; and Discounted cash flow analysis

- Prepare transaction regulatory and marketing materials, such as: Prospectus documents; Teasers; and Information memorandums, etc.

- Perform detailed financial statement analysis and credit analysis, producing credit reports and memos for internal process

- Prepare presentation materials for client meetings, covering topics such as strategic alternatives and capital markets activity

- Provide support to senior investment banking professional to develop marketing leads and ideas to generate new business

- Provide guidance and support to Analyst level bankers

Required Skills:

- Masters/University Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline

- Minimum 3 years experience in an Investment Banking/Big 4 Accounting Firms/ PE

- Strong financial modelling aptitude and advanced knowledge in valuation (DCF / LBO)

- Thorough understanding of corporate finance products

- Strong critical thinking with the ability to evaluate companies and financial information quickly and accurately

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong work ethics, detail orientation and a passion for excellence

- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills

- Excellent command of written and spoken English

- Ability to work independently and a good team player
