About:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute region-specific and national sales strategies to drive volume and market share.
- Channel Management: Handle dealer/distributor networks, institutional sales, and project-based selling.
- Revenue & Target Achievement: Meet monthly and annual sales targets; oversee pricing strategy and profitability.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor large sales teams (Zonal Managers, Regional Heads, Area Sales Managers).
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, cement pricing trends, and regional demand-supply dynamics.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with bulk buyers, government bodies, contractors, and real estate developers.
- Coordination: Work with logistics, marketing, plant dispatch, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and credit management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 15-25+ years in cement sales, with strong exposure to channel and institutional sales.
- Qualification: MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred; Engineering or Graduate background acceptable with strong industry experience.
Skills:
- Deep understanding of cement market (retail & institutional)
