Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the Healthcare Syndication Desk. The incumbent will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing fundraising transactions across the healthcare ecosystem (hospitals, diagnostic chains, medical infrastructure, and health-tech). The role requires a strong network of healthcare promoters and investors, combined with deep expertise in healthcare financing and syndication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the syndication desk focused on healthcare fundraising initiatives.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic players, healthcare providers, PE funds, NBFCs, banks, AIFs, and private investors.

- Originate and structure fundraising mandates for healthcare companies (equity, debt, mezzanine).

- Evaluate opportunities, conduct financial analysis, and prepare investment memos.

- Drive end-to-end execution of syndication deals, from sourcing to closure.

- Stay updated on sectoral trends, regulatory frameworks, and competitor activities in healthcare financing.

- Represent the firm in client meetings, investor roadshows, and industry forums.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution and compliance.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: 10-18 years of experience in healthcare fundraising, syndication, investment banking, or private equity.

- Background: Proven track record of working with healthcare companies and closing large-ticket fundraising transactions.

- Strong network and connectivity with healthcare promoters, HNIs, family offices, NBFCs, banks, PE/VC funds, and institutional investors.

- Strong financial acumen with expertise in deal structuring, credit appraisal, and negotiation.

- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and client management skills.

- Ability to independently drive mandates and deliver results under tight timelines.
