The ideal candidate brings 5-10 years of hands-on experience in treasury, dealing room operations, and fundraising, backed by an MBA, CA, or another advanced degree in finance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Arrange short-term and long-term funding aligned with business needs

- Manage daily liquidity, cash flow, and interbank transfers with precision

- Deliver sharp MIS and analytics that empower smarter management decisions

- Optimize returns on surplus funds through strategic investments in banks/MFs

- Drive forex operations - including trades, settlements, hedging, and reconciliation

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (AD license, overseas limits, RBI submissions, etc.)

- Collect and circulate market intelligence on macro and micro trends to leadership

- Handle interest payments on Tier II bonds and other treasury obligations

- Champion cost optimization while maximizing income opportunities
