- Playing a pivotal role in shaping the talent strategy, developing a robust talent pipeline, and enhancing employee engagement and retention.

- Leading the Talent Development, Talent Management and Organizational Changes in the organization.

Description:

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with the organisation's goals.

- Creating and overseeing Talent Development initiatives and leadership development programs that identify high-potential employees and prepare them for future leadership roles.

- Performance and Goal Management

- Implement the Career Architecture Framework and ensuring the integration into talent development strategy.

- Succession planning.

- Metrics and Organisational Change.

Profile:

- PGDM/ MBA ( Tier 1 ) only.

- 10+ years serving in the talent management function. (IT/ ITES Domain experience)

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage

stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent strategies in dynamic

environments.
