Role Summary:

The Individual in the Automotive Consulting practice, will lead client engagements with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and new mobility players across India. You will be responsible for business development, solution design, team leadership, and delivery of strategic and operational transformation projects in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead consulting projects across areas like EV transition, supply chain transformation, cost optimization, go-to-market strategy, and digital mobility.

- Manage client relationships at CXO level, ensuring high-impact outcomes and repeat business.

- Develop new business opportunities, write proposals, and contribute to revenue targets.

- Build and mentor high-performing teams across locations; ensure delivery excellence.

- Drive thought leadership through industry papers, webinars, and conferences.

- Collaborate with global automotive teams for cross-border knowledge sharing.

Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills :

- MBA/PG with Engineering Background with 10-15 years of experience, with at least 5-7 years in strategy / operations consulting.

- Strong exposure to Indian automotive ecosystem: passenger vehicles, CVs, EVs, and components.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation engagements end-to-end.

- Deep understanding of auto value chains, policy/regulations, and future mobility trends.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

- Experience working with or consulting EV startups, shared mobility firms, or global OEMs.

- Willingness to travel across client locations in India.

- Prior stints with Big Four / top-tier consulting firms in India or globally.
