The Role:
- Were looking for a full-stack AVP  Marketing with deep expertise in both brand and performance marketing, and experience in multi-location consumer businesses like hospitality, QSR, F&B, or retail.
- This person will lead all marketing functions  brand, performance, social media, content, CRM, and offline activations  and build a strong hyperlocal marketing engine that drives bookings and community engagement across India.
What Youll Do:
- Build and execute location-specific campaigns to ramp up bookings at newly launched hostels.
- Drive brand salience across Gen Z audiences through sharp storytelling, content, and partnerships.
- Design and implement systems to measure ROI across all marketing channels (CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.
- Build and mentor a high-performance marketing team.
- Partner with Founders, Revenue, Product, and Operations to align growth with business goals.
Who You Are:
- Strong track record in both performance and brand marketing  non-negotiable.
- Proven ability to lead hyperlocal and national marketing strategies for multi-location businesses.
- Demonstrated experience in scaling marketing to support 2x3x revenue growth.
- Strong analytical mindset  fluent in data, metrics, attribution models.
- Deep familiarity with Gen Z platforms, digital behaviors, and content trends.
- High ownership mindset with bias for speed and measurable outcomes.
