Assistant Vice President/Manager - AI Consulting

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic AVP/ Manager to lead and expand our AI consulting capabilities.

This role demands a strong background in digital transformation, particularly with a consulting mindset.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience working with leading organizations, preferably including oil and gas clients, and should be adept at advising C-level stakeholders on AI-driven strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibilities and Key skills required:

- Lead and manage AI advisory engagements with a focus on business value realization and digital transformation.

- Provide strategic thought leadership on AI trends, innovations, and their applicability across client ecosystems.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding AI strategy, roadmap development, and capability assessments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design AI solutions aligned with business goals.

- Leverage industry experience, particularly in oil and gas, to contextualize AI opportunities and challenges.

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

- Represent the firm in AI and digital transformation forums, contributing to thought leadership and brand positioning.

Education Qualifications - 8-9+ years of professional experience, with a strong focus on digital transformation consulting.

- Prior experience in Saudi market i.e., 3 or more projects, with earlier / current business visa to Saudi.

- Proven track record of working in AI advisory roles with exposure to advisor-led projects.

- Hands-on experience with client-facing consulting engagements, including opportunity identification, solution framing, and value articulation.

- Experience working with oil and gas companies or heavy asset industries is a strong plus.

- Demonstrated ability to operate at the intersection of business and technology.

- Solid understanding of regional/geographic market dynamics and client landscape.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.

- Certifications or coursework in AI/ML or data science is advantageous.
