About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and strategic L&D and Talent Management professional to lead the design, delivery and evaluation of L&D initiatives that build individual capability and organizational effectiveness.
This role will be a key partner in shaping our learning culture and aligning talent and OD strategies with business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct organization-wide learning needs analysis to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
- Lead the development and delivery of scalable learning programs, including leadership development, technical training, soft skills development, and compliance training.
- Leverage digital learning platforms, tools, and blended learning models to ensure engaging, accessible development experiences.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback, assessments and impact measurement, continuously improve based on data and business outcomes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to create customized learning pathways.
Qualifications:
- Post Graduate Degree in Management.
- Progressive experience of 10+ years in L&D, talent management and OD.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools and platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a health insurance or related industry.
- Familiarity with compliance training requirements.
