Key Responsibilities:
Learning & Development (L&D):
- Design and implement learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive functional academies, behavioral learning journeys, and leadership capability programs.
- Partner with external vendors and institutions to bring best-in-class learning content and tools.
- Lead digital learning transformation using LMS, microlearning, and blended programs.
Organizational Development (OD):
- Support organizational change and culture-building initiatives across business units.
- Conduct organization diagnostics, pulse surveys, and design interventions based on data insights.
- Lead projects related to workforce planning, role clarity, restructuring, and employee engagement.
- Create frameworks for agility, performance, and succession planning.
Talent Management:
- Own the annual Talent Review and Succession Planning process across business functions.
- Define HiPo identification frameworks and career pathing strategies.
- Design and track Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and mentor programs for critical talent.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and leadership to ensure talent readiness for future business needs.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing OD & L&D frameworks.
- Experience working with mid- to senior-level leadership.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, project execution, and change enablement.
- Analytical mindset with experience in HR dashboards and talent analytics.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master's degree in HR / Organizational Psychology / Business Administration from a Tier-1/2 institute.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record in L&D, OD, and Talent Management.
- Prior experience in BFSI, consulting, or capital markets is preferred.
- Experience in working with leadership teams and HR CoEs.
