Assistant Vice President - HR Business Partner - BFS

Responsibilities:

1.Thrive as a strategic business partner to senior leaders, providing proactive HR solutions aligned with business goals.

Requirements

1.Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

2.Experience: Minimum of 15 years as an HRBP in a dynamic, fast-paced organization with evidence of strong leadership.

3.Expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, organizational development, and performance management.

4.Proven skills in strategic business partnering, change management, and HR analytics.
