We are seeking a high-performing AVP/VP - Sales & Business Development to drive revenue growth, enterprise client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. This is a leadership role for a dynamic sales professional with proven success in B2B sales within commercial real estate, interiors, construction, or allied industries.
The individual will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence, developing key accounts, and building long-term client relationships, while working closely with the leadership team to shape business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Build a strong enterprise client pipeline across MNCs, corporates, coworking operators, and startups.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and industry sectors.
Business Development & Client Management:
- Establish and nurture CXO-level client relationships to drive large-ticket mandates.
- Represent Company's in pitches, presentations, and industry forums.
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts with enterprise clients and strategic accounts.
Market Development & Partnerships:
- Leverage networks with IPCs (CBRE, JLL, Cushman, Knight Frank), landlords, and developers to source qualified leads.
- Stay on top of market trends, leasing cycles, and real estate movements to generate opportunities.
- Build partnerships with ecosystem players to strengthen sales funnel.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team to deliver consistent performance.
- Work closely with design, operations, and delivery teams to create winning proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align sales efforts with long-term business objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 12-15 years of experience in B2B sales / business development, with exposure to commercial real estate, design-build, interiors, or construction.
- Proven track record of closing multi-crore, large-ticket enterprise deals.
- Strong connects with corporate real estate decision-makers and IPC networks.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- MBA/Engineering from reputed institutions preferred.
