JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Manage, Monitor, Motivate and lead the team.
2) Ensure Business & Regulatory policy adherence by the team / self.
3) Assist the recruitment deficit of the team to complete it within required timeline.
4) Maintain business data and present to the Management in a timely manner.
5) Review all business teams regularly.
6) Ensure adherence to Compliance & Human Resources policy by the team / self.
Specific Qualifications:
a) Strong Relationship Management skills.
b) Excellent understanding of Indian Market and trading strategies.
c) Ability to build and lead large teams with demonstrated track record of leadership skills.
d) Digital mind-set to lead & motivate the team in-order to achieve higher market share.
e) Experience in client acquisition, customer experience, a product knowledge in equity market & wealth advisory.
