Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced AVP - Change Management Consultant with a strong background in Consulting or Human Resources to lead and support organizational change initiatives in large-scale transformation projects. With 10-15 years of relevant experience, the ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a proven track record in driving change adoption across enterprise-level programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives within large-scale transformation projects, ensuring successful adoption and sustainability.
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans, including communication plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, training plans, and resistance management strategies.
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to understand the scope of change and its effects on various groups.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, senior leadership, and cross-functional departments to integrate change management activities into overall project plans.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to build understanding, commitment, and capability for new processes and systems.
- Monitor change adoption metrics and identify areas of resistance, developing targeted interventions to address them.
- Provide expert advice and coaching to leaders and managers on their roles in sponsoring and driving change.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of change management methodologies and tools within the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Change Management, ideally within large-scale transformation projects.
- Prior experience working in consulting firms or corporate HR environments.
- Proficiency in established change methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter's 8-step, Prosci).
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills (both written and verbal), capable of engaging diverse audiences from front-line employees to senior executives.
- Strong analytical and project management abilities, including the capacity to interpret data and manage complex initiatives.
