KRAs:
- Defines the purpose and scope for medium to large changes (more complex changes)
- Determine the appropriate business analysis approach and techniques
- Identifies and effectively manages a diverse range of stakeholders including senior stakeholders
- Requirements Elicitation and Lifecycle management
- Collaborates with technical teams and product owners to ensure solution feasibility
- Performs problem analysis to identify the source of solution limitations
- Investigates business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity
- Conducts root cause analysis and identifies recommendations for improvements
- Designs and specifies test case scenarios to tests that systems and changes fulfil the acceptance criteria
- Identifies process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness
- Possess a good understanding of Agile delivery and facilitating agile ceremonies i.e.. Backlog refinement
- A minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst is preferred
