About Us:
We are a fast-growing offshore accounting and healthcare consulting firm with an established Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) practice.
Instead of a traditional employee role, we are seeking a partner-level AVP who will take full charge of our RCM vertical running it like their own entrepreneurial venture under our umbrella.
This role is about ownership, growth, and building a business within a business.
While you will leverage our infrastructure, brand, and client relationships, the mandate is to scale the practice, bring in new clients, and drive profitability.
The Opportunity:
This is not a delivery head role.
This is an entrepreneurial leadership role where you will:
- Build a 20 100+ person RCM practice.
- Own P&L responsibility for the vertical.
- Report directly to the Founder/CEO and help shape strategy.
- Own the entire RCM vertical including but not limited to client acquisition, delivery, compliance, and innovation.
- Be compensated not just with salary, but with a profit/revenue-linked upside.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the RCM growth roadmap, aligned with company goals.
- Own P&L accountability for the vertical.
- Set up scalable org structures as the practice grows e., Managers, SMEs, Associates, but remain directly involved in delivery.
Client & Market Development:
- Lead business development for new US healthcare/RCM clients.
- Build partnerships with providers, billing companies, and technology vendors.
- Act as the face of the RCM practice with C-level US stakeholders.
Operations & Delivery:
- Build, run and own high-quality end-to-end RCM operations (coding, billing, collections, AR follow-up, denials, reporting).
- Implement SLAs, KPIs, and performance dashboards across teams.
- Drive excellence in compliance, HIPAA, and quality assurance.
Innovation & Scale:
- Leverage automation, AI, and analytics to reduce denials, improve collections, and increase efficiency.
- Develop a scaling playbook for rapid growth without compromising quality.
- Continuously improve processes to deliver cost-efficient, differentiated services.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months):
- Smoothly transition into full ownership of delivery & client management.
- Acquire 23 new RCM clients through partnerships and BD initiatives.
- Establish a tiered team structure with clear SLAs/KPIs and ensure that these SLAs and KPIs are followed.
- Achieve target gross margin % through pricing and efficiency.
- Launch automation/analytics initiatives to reduce denials and accelerate cash flow.
