Assistant Program Manager
Job Description:
The Assistant Program Manager will support the Growth and Strategy team, focusing on executing cross functional projects to drive revenue growth and efficiency. You'll collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, finance, and operations, defining success metrics and tracking project performance.
Analyzing data and presenting actionable insights to senior management will be key responsibilities. Your role will involve identifying process improvements and ensuring projects align with strategic objectives. This position is ideal for someone passionate about driving results, optimizing processes, and contributing to the company' s growth vision, helping achieve sustainable success through effective execution and data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities :
- Project Execution and Delivery: Ensure timely and successful execution of strategic projects, meeting deadlines, scope, and quality standards.
- Defining and Tracking KPIs: Establish and track project KPIs to measure performance and ensure alignment with revenue growth and efficiency goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication and coordination across teams, driving alignment and achieving project objectives.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and optimize project workflows.
Requirements :
- Sales Leadership & Team Handling: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team to achieve targets while fostering collaboration and maintaining morale.
- Customer-Centric Sales Approach: Focused on building long-term customer relationships, driving retention, and delivering tailored solutions.
- B2C Sales Strategy & Revenue Achievement: Expertise in developing B2C sales strategies to acquire customers and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- CRM & Sales Forecasting: Proficiency in CRM tools for managing customer interactions and forecasting sales trends to plan for future growth.
- Lead Generation & Negotiation: Skilled in identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and effectively managing negotiations to close deals.
- Process Optimization & Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to streamline processes for improved productivity, using data to refine strategies and performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Management: Collaborating with teams across functions and managing projects to improve service quality and business performance.
- Nutrition & Fitness Knowledge: Strong understanding of fitness, nutrition, and wellness trends, with certifications (e.g., Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach) being a plus.
Other Qualifications:
- Strong skills in project management, data analysis, and strategic thinking to drive project
success and growth initiatives.
- Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration, communication, and presentation to engage
stakeholders and senior management effectively.
- Experience in growth marketing, including customer acquisition, A/B testing, and digital
marketing.
- Focus on problem-solving, process optimization, and continuous improvement to enhance
efficiency and achieve business goals
