Responsibilities :
- Curate compelling content and promotional materials to drive course promotion and brand awareness.
- Manage push notifications, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives to engage and retain customers.
- Develop and implement effective retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty.
- Develop out-of-the-box ideas to generate revenue and enhance brand awareness.
- Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing creatives for marketing materials.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product, support, and tech, to optimize the customer experience and increase retention.
- Generate revenue through strategic marketing initiatives and activities.
- Manage affiliate programs to drive sales and revenue.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor actions, and market developments
Requirements:
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Creative flair and strong copywriting abilities.
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights.
- Proactive and comfortable to work under tight deadlines.
- Exposure to Banking, SSC, JAIIB & other competitive exams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a sense of ownership.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
