- Position: AM - HR (70% TA+30% Engagement) Talent Acquisition
Experience : 6-10+ yrs in hard core recruitment / Talent Acquisition (Leadership Hiring Experience is MUST)
Qualification: Any graduate/MBA preferred (Should be 1st class throughout)
Job Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
1. To handle end to end recruitment cycle for the assigned openings from sourcing to closing.
2. Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including job portals, and social media platforms.
3. Using standardized screening techniques, Assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates
4. Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements
5. Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately.
6. Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
7. Coordinate with HOD's to have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company 8. To support HR Manager in other HR gamut i.e. Employee Engagement, PMS, OD etc.
Expected from candidate:
1. Minimum 6+ years of recruitment experience with good exposure in mapping and headhunting.
2. Must have strong sourcing skills and experience of various job portals and techniques.
4. Industry preference: BFSI (excluding insurance) ,Pharma & Healthcare
5. Preference to candidate worked with a start-up or family office.
6. High on accountability
7. High on adaptability to the promoter driven work culture
