
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates in alignment with job specifications and business needs.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to understand workforce needs and define hiring plans.
- Provide market insights and talent mapping to support strategic hiring decisions in niche skill areas.
- Drive offer management and negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Prepare and deliver recruitment dashboards and reports to track hiring performance and metrics.
- Manage and engage with external recruitment partners and vendors as needed.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with all stakeholders and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical/IT recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or enterprise environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate evaluation skills.
- Proficient in using ATS platforms, job boards, and sourcing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with market trends and talent strategies in the IT sector
