- Position Overview:


- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager - Jewellery to join our prestigious Mehrauli store.


- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and overseeing all activities related to the jewellery sales category.


- This role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for fine jewellery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and consultative selling techniques.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

- Manage day-to-day sales operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and display arrangements.

- Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies to enhance business growth.

- Provide product knowledge training to the sales team, ensuring they are well-versed in the jewellery collections and craftsmanship.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

- Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve complaints in a professional manner.

- Assist in organizing in-store events, trunk shows, and exclusive client appointments to promote the brand.

- Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing performance metrics, and suggesting areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in fine jewellery.

- Strong understanding of luxury customer service standards and sales techniques.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving targets.

- Proficient in MS Office and POS systems.
