We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Sales to drive business development and revenue growth in capital and industrial equipment sales, with a focus on laundry systems. This role plays a key part in expanding our client base across industries such as hospitality, healthcare, and commercial laundries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new clients while nurturing existing relationships

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

- Conduct solution-based selling and prepare tailored proposals

- Negotiate and close deals with key stakeholders and decision-makers

- Track market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- 4-8 years of proven experience in capital/industrial equipment sales, preferably in laundry systems

- Degree/diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering (b.tech/b.e/diploma)

- Strong track record in client acquisition, business development, and solution selling

- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
