Assistant Manager - Sales


Job Summary:

- We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Manager - Sales to support the sales team in achieving targets and driving business growth.

- The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day sales operations, coordinate sales activities, and help develop and implement sales strategies.

- This role acts as a bridge between sales executives and senior management to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support & Coordination:


- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans.

- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure targets are met and exceeded.

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.

Client Relationship Management:


- Support sales representatives in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

- Assist in resolving client queries and issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.

Team Management & Training:

- Help supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.

- Assist in training new sales staff and providing ongoing coaching.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

- Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales effectiveness.

Administrative Duties:

- Manage sales documentation, contracts, and CRM entries.

- Support the sales manager in budgeting and resource allocation.

- Assist in organizing sales events, promotions, and campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably with some team coordination or supervisory responsibilities.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
