Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Assistant Manager - Marketing to join our amazing team. Marketing Manager works along with the Marketing Head and is responsible for planning, developing, and executing the overall marketing strategy for the company's diverse business verticals - including real estate projects, construction services, Property management and manufacturing units (blocks, RMC, metal works, etc.). This role plays a critical part in driving brand visibility, lead generation, digital engagement, and market positioning
Location: Kinshasa, DRC (Head Office with occasional site visits)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Title: Assistant Manager - Marketing
Department: Marketing
Reporting To: Sales Director
Employment Type: Full-Time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with sales and business development goals.
- Working along with Marketing agencies to position the company as a market leader in construction, real estate, and manufacturing within the Kinshasa market.
- Identify new market opportunities and prepare go-to-market strategies for new projects and offerings.
Branding & Communication:
- Define brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines for all company verticals.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral-brochures, banners, project videos, presentations, and site branding.
- Ensure consistency across internal and external communications, including signage, uniforms, vehicles, etc.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
- Manage all digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns, paid advertising, website management, and SEO.
- Drive engagement through platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Track analytics and adjust strategy to improve reach, lead conversion, and brand recall.
Lead Generation & Sales Support:
- Generate qualified leads through digital and offline campaigns to support the sales team.
- Plan and manage open house events, exhibitions, broker outreach programs, and referral campaigns.
- Collaborate with the CRM team to track lead flow, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
- Track local market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and consumer behaviour.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management and sales teams.
- Recommend positioning or promotional adjustments based on market dynamics.
Vendor & Agency Management:
- Manage relationships with creative agencies, printers, media houses, event partners, and digital vendors.
- Ensure timely execution of marketing deliverables within budget.
- Evaluate agency performance and negotiate service contracts.
Internal Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate with sales, project, HR, and manufacturing teams for cross-departmental campaigns.
- Maintain a content calendar and marketing activity tracker.
- Submit monthly performance reports, campaign results, and ROI metrics to management.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong strategic thinking and planning ability.
- Excellent communication, branding, and content development skills.
- Proficiency in digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
- Ability to lead a small in-house team and manage multiple vendors.
- Fluent in English & Hindi; French and/or Lingala is an added advantage.
Work Environment:
- Primarily office-based with periodic visits to project sites, marketing events, and client-facing venues.
- Requires multi-tasking between real estate, B2B, and internal branding needs.
- Fast-paced environment with deadlines tied to project launches and sales milestones.
Contract Terms:
- Contract is for 02 + 02 years.
- After 2 years you will get 30 days of paid leave.
- Notice period will be for 3 Months (Included in the duration of 2 years)
Note: The contract is for 04 years. After completing 02 years of employment, you are entitled to 30 days of paid leave to visit India with return air tickets and then rejoin the company for the remaining 02 years.
COMPANY POLICY:
Gratuity Policy - Employees become eligible for the Gratuity Policy upon the successful completion of five (5) years of continuous service with the organization.
Retirement Fund Policy - Under the Retirement Fund Policy:
- 3% of the employee's monthly salary will be deducted and contributed towards the retirement fund.
- An additional 3% will be contributed by the organization.
CONDITIONS:
- Employees who have completed three (3) years of continuous service will receive the full 6% accumulated amount (employee + employer contributions) upon separation.
- Employees who resign before completing three (3) years of service will receive only their own 3% contribution.
Long Service Award Policy - The organization recognizes and appreciates long-term commitment with the following service awards:
- Upon completion of five (5) years of continuous service: A token amount of USD 2,500 will be awarded.
- Upon completion of ten (10) years of continuous service: A token amount of USD 5,000 will be awarded.
