Assistant Manager - Marketing
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager - Marketing to oversee marketing operations and business development activities in Muzaffarpur and surrounding territories.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction, real estate, or interior design industry, with hands-on experience in channel marketing, dealer management, and on-ground brand activation.
This role involves a mix of strategic planning and field execution, with a focus on driving market presence, lead generation, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel & Dealer Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to support sales through dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.
- Regularly engage with channel partners to promote products, understand market feedback, and increase brand visibility.
Brand Activation & Promotions:
- Plan and implement local marketing campaigns, in-store branding, events, trade shows, and influencer tie-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute promotional activities and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide actionable insights to the regional and central marketing teams.
Lead Generation & Sales Enablement:
- Support sales teams with collaterals, product training, and customer engagement tools.
- Drive local initiatives for architects, builders, interior designers, and contractors to generate qualified leads.
Digital & Offline Integration:
- Work closely with the central digital team to implement region-specific online campaigns and performance tracking.
- Ensure cohesive messaging across offline and online marketing channels.
Reporting & Budget Management:
- Maintain records of marketing spend, ROI, and activity reports.
- Ensure effective utilization of marketing budgets for maximum impact.
Candidate Requirements:
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in marketing roles within the construction, real estate, interiors, or building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing, especially in tier 2/3 city markets.
- Experience in handling channel partners, field activations, and regional promotions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
