Talent Acquisition specialists to support the Hiring as talent is a core strategic priority for any organization, we are looking for exceptional TA Specialists with a background in core Recruitment, Sourcing, Vendor Management, and Stakeholder Management with Management Consulting, ITES, Financial Services, Strategy Consulting, Accounting/Firms experience.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with senior management and HR leaders to understand the hiring needs.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive workforce planning process to ensure timely and efficient hiring.
- Proactively identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networking sites, social media, and campus hiring.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality candidates for critical roles.
- Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of applicants to identify the best-fit candidates
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit, and provide insightful feedback to hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, set expectations, and align on recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Prepare regular reports and provide insights to HR leadership on recruitment performance and trends.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and requirements related to recruitment.
- Manager a team of 2-3 people.
