Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager/Manager - HR specializing in Talent Acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. This role requires a proactive individual with a strategic mindset to attract and retain top-tier talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition Strategy:


- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs.

- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.


2. Recruitment Process Management:


- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.


3. Candidate Experience:


- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.

- Implement best practices to enhance employer branding and candidate engagement.


4. Stakeholder Collaboration:


- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to align recruitment goals with business objectives.

- Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics, market insights, and talent trends.


5. Compliance & Reporting:


- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.

- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and generate periodic reports for management.


6. Process Improvement:


- Continuously review and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Implement innovative sourcing techniques and recruitment technologies.


Key Requirements:


- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale recruitment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.

- Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.

- Strategic mindset with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.


Preferred Skills:


- Experience in employer branding and talent market analysis.

- Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, social recruiting).

- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
