5. Compliance & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and generate periodic reports for management.
6. Process Improvement:

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
