
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Non-IT recruitment across various business functions.
- Partner with business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and deliver effective hiring solutions.
- Drive talent acquisition through multiple channels including LinkedIn, Naukri, JazzHR, and other recruitment platforms.
- Manage recruitment vendors and ensure timely closure of positions.
- Maintain and publish recruitment dashboards, track hiring metrics, and support manpower planning, costing, and budgeting.
- Build strong talent pipelines and ensure high-quality candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers, ensure smooth onboarding, and achieve hiring goals within defined timelines.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent team culture with consistent communication.
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a media industry or start-up environment.
- Strong experience in stakeholder management across senior levels.
- Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, negotiating, and closing candidates.
- Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in recruitment analytics, dashboards, and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to deliver results under tight timelines
