Looking for International Instant Coffee - Assistant Manager - Sales (B2B)
Location: Andhra Pradesh (Near Chennai)
Job Objective:
The position aims to generate sales in the International Market to cater the Private Label manufacturers and coffee traders in the soluble coffee segment.
Job Description:
- Manage International sales activities.
- Should be able to identify and create a strong network with the Private Label players across the Globe.
- Should be able to identify and develop the trading partners in the instant coffee space.
- Should possess excellent communication and negotiation skill to close the sale.
- Ability to develop personal relationship with the customers in order to achieve repeat sales.
- Willing to travel extensively.
- Willing to participate the International Coffee Exhibitions.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Capability to identify and develop markets in Private Labels (SKU) business across all geographies.
- Capability to identify the trading opportunities in the instant coffee space.
- Capability to identify competitors and develop plans in consultation with the reporting manager to mitigate such competition.
- Implementing the sales strategy across all geographies to achieve the assigned top line targets.
- Ability to interpret market information and providing the information to the concerned senior management members in order to facilitate a faster decision-making process.
- Should have fluency in English Communication both oral and written.
- Should have Excellent presentation and Communication skill
Operational:
- Responsible for achieving sales objectives in the assigned market for Private Labels (SKUs) and instant coffee trading.
- Manage customer relationships. Competitor benchmarking and analysis of market data. Effective customer complaint management.
- Education Level: PG/Graduate with Management Degree.
- Years of relevant experience: a total of 5+ years.
Experience in tea & coffee industry with trading of Instant coffee is a critical success factor. Should have good experience of B2B business in tea & coffee industry across multiple locations across world. Should have global exposure and experience of working with International clients.
The Ideal Personality:
Currently working as Senior Executive B2B Sales, Assistant Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, etc. Must be Fluent in English.
Must have worked in the above stated positions at least for 3 Years.
