Assistant Manager - Internal Communications & Employer Branding

About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager - Internal Communications & Employer Branding to support and execute internal communication and employer branding initiatives. The role requires a strong content creator and communicator who can effectively deliver messaging across multiple platforms and engage employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communications:
- Draft and publish internal communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, leadership messages, and intranet content.
- Support the execution of town halls, leadership connect sessions, and employee engagement events, including logistics, coordination, and content development.
- Manage internal communication channels such as email, Viva Engage, intranet, and digital displays to ensure timely and consistent messaging.
- Assist in gathering employee feedback through surveys and engagement tools to enhance communication effectiveness.
Employer Branding:
- Create engaging content for social media, careers pages, and employer branding campaigns in alignment with the company's EVP.
- Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams to ensure branding consistency across job portals, employer review sites, and external platforms.
- Support the execution of employer branding initiatives, such as employee testimonials, culture videos, and career-related events.
- Track and report on engagement metrics to evaluate the impact of branding efforts and suggest improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4-8 years of experience in internal communications, employer branding, or corporate communications.
- Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools, intranet management, and social media content creation.
- Hands-on experience in executing communication campaigns, events, and branding initiatives.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage communication timelines.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in a corporate, consulting, or professional services environment.
- Exposure to employee engagement and recruitment marketing activities.
