
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional with strong expertise in managing end-to-end HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving HR operational excellence, ensure seamless HR service delivery, and partner closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee employee onboarding, induction, transfers, exits, and offboarding processes.
- Drive background verification and compliance-related documentation.
HR Operations & Policy Management:
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with labor laws and organizational goals.
- Manage HR compliance, audits and statutory reporting.
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
HR Systems & Analytics:
- Manage HRIS tools and ensure data accuracy for reporting and analytics.
- Generate and analyze HR dashboards, headcount reports, and attrition metrics.
- Partner with Finance and HR Business Partners to ensure alignment on workforce cost and budget.
Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR processes and policies.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and grievance resolution.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Learning teams to ensure smooth employee integration.
Process Improvement & Projects:
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.
- Drive automation projects and HR digital initiatives.
- Lead or support global/regional HR transformation projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors / masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services etc.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in multinational / matrix organizations.
- Exposure to payroll coordination, compensation & benefits, and global HR processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
