Role Title Assistant Manager Human Resources

Function/ Department Human Resources
1. JOB PURPOSE (Summarize in one statement why the job exists; and how it contributes to the overall objective of the company)
To partner with TM&D field sales, supply chain and finance teams and work with the District Sr HRM to ensure effective execution of people processes across recruitment and onboarding, capability building, employee engagement and sales incentive management and frontline career management in the district/ region.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Career Progression
- Anchor Development Centre (DC) process for identifying resources for promotion from L7 to L6 and L6 to L5.
Competency Development:
- Induction Providing orientation & induction to the new entrants to the system & monitoring the progress based on the milestones & timelines decided.
OD & Engagement
- Designing & implementing the Employee engagement initiatives in the District.
- Maintaining ongoing connect with field teams through various touchpoints to identify employee concerns and ensure redressal of the same
- Anchor the iEngage (annual engagement survey) action planning process for the assigned units
HR Operations
- Employee inflow & outflow - Monitoring, analysing & continuous feedbacking to the stake-holders on the reason & trends for Employee inflow & outflow.
- Statutory Compliances - Responsible for the adherence to all applicable statutes & labour laws. Designing & implementing systems & process to ensure the Up-keep of the same, across units in the District.
- Custodian of the HR policies & procedures Implementation, Communication & query resolution.
- Developing & deploying systems & processes - to streamline & effectively execute the operation.
External Stakeholder Management:
Liaising with the external stake-holder as a representative of ITC / TM&D & interfacing with the parties like:
- Authorities related to Statutory compliances Labour Office, Inspectors etc.
- Vendors & Consultants like Aparajitha & Law firms.
- Academia For developing a rapport & engage with the campuses for superior employer branding aiding the leverage in talent acquisition
HR Projects - Anchoring central TM&D projects as assigned from time to time.
