We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - HR Operations to oversee and streamline core HR functions for a large-scale workforce. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in handling employee life cycle management, onboarding, induction, and HR operations for organizations with 5000+ employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HR operations processes across the employee life cycle for large workforce groups.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and employee ID creation ensuring seamless integration of new hires.
- Drive compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and HR best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employee engagement and query resolution.
- Ensure accurate HR data management and reporting for decision-making.
- Work closely with leadership to streamline HR operational excellence and process improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of HR Operations experience, preferably in large-scale organizations.
- Hands-on expertise in induction, onboarding, employee database management, and employee ID processes.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, statutory compliance, and operational frameworks.
- Excellent people management, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume HR operations for 5000+ employees.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
