Assistant Manager (Human Resources Generalist):


- Handling all HR functions and processes & manage the entire employee lifecycle while aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

- Plan, source, and recruit talent for various positions in the organization, including junior to senior-level roles.

- Manage job postings, screen candidates, and conduct interviews to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Onboarding & Induction:

- Design and execute onboarding plans to ensure seamless integration of new hires.

- Conduct orientation programs and provide an overview of company policies.

Employee Engagement & Retention:

- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives to maintain high morale and motivation.

- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

HR Operations & Administration:

- Maintain and update HR records, employee databases, and documentation.

- Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.

Performance Management:

- Administer performance appraisals and support managers in conducting feedback sessions.

- Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee productivity and performance.

Compliance & Policy Implementation:

- Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirements.

- Draft and update company policies as per industry standards and organizational needs.

Learning & Development:

- Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees.

- Encourage a culture of continuous learning and upskilling.

Exit Formalities:

- Manage resignation processes, exit interviews, and full-and-final settlements.

- Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and proper handover of responsibilities.

Qualification And Experience:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent with 4-6 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist.

- Ability to manage multiple HR functions independently.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in HR software/tools and Microsoft Office.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations.

- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under minimal supervision.
