3. Timely and accurate MIS

4. Training & Development

5. Capability building through learning

6. Employee engagement

7. Performance Appraisals

8. Statutory Compliance

9. Industrial Relations/Employee welfare

10. Grievance resolution

11. Implement various CSR initiatives at plant level

12. Presentation to top management
