- MBA with 6 to 10 yrs in Global Mobility & International Payroll in top big 4.
- Support international assignments, relocations, and transfers in compliance with global mobility policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors (immigration, tax advisors, and relocation agencies).
- Assist in processing international payroll, ensuring accuracy and adherence to local tax regulations.
- Track assignment-related costs and maintain mobility data and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax requirements, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and legal teams to streamline cross-border processes.
- Address employee queries related to mobility and payroll.
- Structuring of global assignments, including reviewing employment contracts.
- Handling large population/assignee base, along with a team for respective clients from tax and global mobility perspective (belonging to various industries)
- Assisted in the presentation and analysis of the recently proposed Labor Laws in India,
- Assistance in setting up the tax withholding processes/shadow payroll including the tax withholding calculations. Actively involved in policy reviews and regular monitoring - tax equalisation policy, global mobility policy, secondment documentations.
- In-depth understanding of the processes adapted by the clients. Managing escalations and round the clock support.
- Preparing and filing of foreign national and Indian national tax returns in India both inbound and outbound.
- Income tax representation services - where tax returns are selected for audit and the related representations to the Income tax officials.
